**Presenters must check in their presentation to the technician on site before they are due to speak. Presentations can be check in during tea/coffee/lunch breaks or prior to the morning session.
Please be at the front of the stage 10 minutes before the start of your session begins.
 ***All poster papers will be displayed in the specific poster areas located in central hall, on the 3th floors of the Conference Center. Presenters posters can be put up from 15:00 on September 11 and must be taken down by 18:00 on September 13.

2018年金秋时节，借“第25届国际热处理及表面工程联合会”大会机会，诚挚邀请海内外学者及行业翘楚汇聚一堂，就热处理及表面工程领域的最新研究成果及业界动态进行广泛、深入的交流和探讨。本次大会将秉承历届大会的优良传统，涵盖热处理及表面工程领域的最新进展，云集世界各地学术界和工业界优秀代表，创造和谐的学术研讨和信息交流的最佳氛围。预计本次会议将有40 多个国家和地区近千人参加，会议已邀请十几位国际著名学者和院士到会做特邀报告。欢迎国内外广大热处理及表面工程工作者踊跃参会投稿，届时莅临大会一展风采。

    During the past 50 years, IFHTSE brought CHTS many truly close friends. In 2018, CHTS wish to take the honor to hold the 25th IFHTSE Congress and invite all our old friends and new colleagues to Xi'an, China to learn, to share the latest information, networking and review of the most advanced techniques in both heat treatment and surface engineering.

    It also will be a good opportunity for us to recall that wonderful memory!

学会简介
热处理学会成立于1963年10月25日，1981年成为国际热处理及表面工程联合会（IFHTSE）的成员，是中国科协和中国机械工程学会领导下的全国性的热处理科学技术工作者的学术性社会团体，拥有400余个团体会员和近1000名个人会员。

热处理学会理事会及其常务理事会是学会的领导机构。学会常设办事机构为秘书处，在学会理事会领导下负责处理日常工作，秘书处设在北京机电研究所。

热处理学会的宗旨是：团结广大的热处理科技工作者，坚持解放思想和实事求是的科学态度，围绕国家经济建设和社会发展目标，努力提高学术水平，繁荣和发展我国的热处理科技事业，为实现中国社会主义现代化做出贡献。

热处理学会的主要任务是：

     1.开展学术交流，提高学术水平，促进热处理技术的开发和应用，推进热处理科技人才的培养；

     2.定期召开全国热处理大会，并举办多种形式的学术研讨会和技术交流会；

     3.开展行业调查，制定行业发展规划，推广先进生产技术和科学管理经验；

     4.接受委托承担科技论证、评估、咨询、成果鉴定、专业技术资格评审、科技文献的编审；

     5.开展国际科技交流，举办国际学术会议和展览会；

     6.开展继续教育和技术培训，普及科学技术知识；

     7.编辑出版科技期刊、书籍、论文集和指导性技术文件。






中国机械工程学会简介

中国机械工程学会成立于1936年，是我国成立较早、规模最大的工科学会之一。现有31个专业分会，18万名会员，其中有3000余名高级会员，500余名通讯会员，还有4000余个单位会员。
    学术交流是学会的基本职能，学会每年举办数以百计、丰富多彩的学术会议。特别是每年一度的中国机械工程学会年会，是集成各类专题活动的大型综合性会议。年会包括主旨报告大会、专题学术会议、科技进展发布、论坛、讲座、展示、颁奖等多项活动，内容丰富，在行业内外乃至全国都产生了巨大影响。
    编辑出版与学术会议是学术交流的两翼。多年来，组织编写了《中国材料工程大典》、《机修手册》、《铸造手册》、《焊接手册》、《锻压手册》、《热处理手册》等数百种大型工具书、科技图书和相关教材。出版的学术刊物有《机械工程学报》、《中国机械工程》等60 余种，对推动学科发展起到了重要作用。
    会员是学会的主体，是学会存在的基础和必要条件，是实现学会民主办会的组织保证。为会员服务是学会工作的主要任务，也是学会工作人员的神圣职责。至今已建立了多元化的会员结构与多层次的服务体系，有针对性地开展会员活动，积极开拓具有时代特征的会员服务。学会多年来的发展经验表明，会员是学会活力的源泉。
    继续教育和专业人员资格认证是学会服务社会的有效形式。多年来，开展了卓有成效的工作。1983年创办了机械工程师进修大学（现北京机械工程师进修学院），在国内率先设立了“机电一体化”和“工业工程”两个专业，并委托全国考委进行高等教育自学考试。以无损检测和焊接为代表的专业人员资格认证工作讲求质量，服务经济，广为会员和业内同行所称道。近年来，又积极推进工程师资格的国际互认和机械类工程教育专业认证。
    中国机械工程学会是我国机械行业非常重要的对外交流渠道，承担了行业和政府部门委托的大量国际交流合作任务。中国机械工程学会代表中国加入了11个国际组织，与26个国家的45个一流学术团体和专业组织签订了双边合作协议，并与60余个国家和地区的千余个科研、教学、设计、制造、咨询、中介以及社会公益机构建立了良好的工作关系。
    我会坚持科技与经济结合为纲，始终把开展科技咨询作为促进学会工作与经济建设紧密结合的主战场，积极搭建为经济建设服务的平台。充分发挥学会人才荟萃和组织网络的优势，积极为政府和企业开展发展战略咨询及技术咨询。不仅使学会活动更加贴近企业，服务行业，而且有效地加快了学会自身能力和整体实力的提高。


    国际展览会是我会开展国际交流与合作的重要形式之一。通过展览平台，组织中外企业界、技术界之间的交流与合作，促进了经贸发展和产业技术进步。作为中国机械工程学会在展览领域的杰作，北京· 埃森焊接与切割展览会已成为世界两大焊接专业展览会之一。
    我会设立了“中国机械工程学会科技奖”，并与中国机械工业联合会共同设立了“中国机械工业科学技术奖”。多年来，向中国科协、中国科学院、中国工程院举荐优秀人才，向国家科学技术奖推荐优秀科技成果，积极弘扬崇尚自主创新、恪守科学道德、追求和谐进步的科学思想，有效地调动了广大科技工作者的积极性和创造性。
    我会还十分重视工作制度、工作程序、科学管理和民主办会，并于2004 年率先在全国性学会中通过了ISO9001:2000 质量管理体系认证。它不仅使我会工作更加科学化和规范化，同时，也得到了社会各界的认可与好评。
